Dragonball Z OC - Tommo

This is my OC called Tommo
He is a human but is near enough the same strength as a saiyan ( not super though )
He does not use blast attacks but he uses that blast power on his fists so it gives a aura affect on his hands when he's about to fight, his punches are very explosive when they make contact since there holding so much power
He uses boxing style for attacking and being said he can throw super fast punches and dodge extremely well in close combat  

He jokes around alot and is never angry also he loves to fight ( even if its a risky opponent )
